We believe in our products but we also appreciate our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will make our best to refund the product with the less possible hussle for you.

 

If this is the case contact us on info@keithkhanassociates within the next 101 days after the purchase, indicating the order reference number and the reason for the return**. The product must be in its original package and in the contidition it initially arrived to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless we made the mistake of sending you the wrong product or if it is in damaged conditions. Once we have received the returned product we will initiate the refund payment. The timescales for the refund to be paid into your account are variable depending on the bank. Please allow up to four weeks for the whole process to be completed.

 

** The reason you give us will not affect the refund process but it will help us to keep improving and developing our products.

We are an artist's studio, our products are unique and produced for you by the order. Please allow between 7 and 10 days for the production and delivery of your chosen piece. They will be well worth the wait.

 

Shipping costs are included in all our prices*. We work with UPS and Correos, both professional and reliable companies for shipping our goods.
